Another Get The Hell Out Of My Courtroom!

I recently read where a comedian had sued another comedian for stealing his jokes.
I know what you are thinking…You are thinking that the line above is a Joke about Jokes, and what hurts me the most is, you think I made it all up.
Below you will find 3 different crazy lawsuits. One is not only crazy but it is also fake because I made it up. Your task, if you choose to accept it, is to ascertain which one in the one I made up…
First Made Up Lawsuit…Or Is it?...
In 2014, a New York woman sued the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Showtime television network for an injury she sustained in a fall triggered by a scary poster. The woman claims she was on a staircase in Grand Central Terminal when she spotted an ad for the TV show "Dexter." The ad featured a photo of Michael C. Hall, who plays a serial killer on the show, with his face covered by cellophane. The woman alleged that the image was so disturbing it caused her to fall down the stairs, sustaining a broken ankle and a head injury. The ad also caused her to have nightmares that necessitated visits to a psychiatrist.
Second Made Up Lawsuit…Or Is it?...
Robert Lee Brock was an inmate in a Virginia prison. He was serving a 23-year sentence for breaking and entering, and larceny. During his incarceration, Brock filed numerous lawsuits against the prison. The lawsuits addressed many aspects of prison life, including the food, the clothing, the water, the coffee, and the mail system.
Brock's most ridiculous suit was against himself. He sued himself for $5 million, claiming that he had violated his own civil rights and religious beliefs by getting drunk. His drunkenness was the reason he committed the crimes that landed him in prison. Of course, Brock had no income because he was in prison, so he expected the state to pay the damages.
Third Made Up Lawsuit…Or Is it?...
A 69-year-old Dutchman petitioned a court in Arnham, Netherlands, to make him 20 years younger by changing his birth date from March 11, 1949 to March 11, 1969. He claimed he suffered age discrimination in the job market and on dating websites, and that his chances of success in those areas would improve if he were 20 years younger.
***************
I lied. I did not mean to lie but I lied. I had the absolute most honest intention to make up a lawsuit that would fit right in with the actual lawsuits you just read about above but I soon realized that even a person who is well versed in Foolishness (me) can’t top reality when it comes to the ongoing frivolousness (lacking in intellectual substance and not worth serious consideration) of the American Courtroom.
I started to take solace when I realized that 1 of the 3 frivolous lawsuits above happened in Holland. This means Foolishness does exist outside of the Good Ole USofA, therefore, our Court System may not be the world leader when it comes to Silly…Or does it not?
Would I kid u?
