If The Obvious Eludes You, You Have an Obvious Problem...You Are Not Too Smart

Much of this Blog Posting was recorded by Fella in 2007 and tucked away in my “I’ll Work on This Later” folder and then I put that folder in a folder entitled “I’m Going to Lose Track of This Folder” folder and, before I knew what happened, I had published a lot of other Blog Postings (1,543 in total) while forgetting about this potential Blog Posting.

Back in 2007 I used to read the Atlanta Journal and Constitution. In the AJC of 12/7/07 there was an article about a Parking Garage Collapse in Charlotte, NC. Here is what it said (in Bullet Point Format)...

Ø Police reported that a portion of a parking deck at a busy shopping mall collapsed Thursday.

Ø A motorist, who may have caused the accident by crashing into the structure, died.

Ø The woman's car crashed into the edge of the top level of the parking deck.

Ø A small portion of the three-tier deck then collapsed and the driver's car fell through the opening.

Ø The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ø The Police were not certain how she died.

Why did the police not know how she died? Here is where I get to thinking that I am pretty smart because I knew immediately how the Collapsed Lady died...

  • She crashed her car into the side of the deck.
  • The deck collapsed.
  • She and her car fell down along with the collapse.
  • She was killed because she and her car were all caught up in a collapsing parking garage that she and her car had caused to collapse.

Am I missing something here? Why could the Police not figure this out?

************

Fast forward to today. If the Coroner found out that the Collapsed Lady had COVID-19 (or Presumed COVID-19 or Probable COVID-19), she would have been classified as another COVID-19 Death.

If they ever find Jimmy Hoffa’s Body, do you want to guess what the Cause of Death Will Be?

Would I kid u?
