I will not contend that I have read all of the Coronavirus Stimulus Bills (or that I understand all of what I did read) but I cringe when I read such language as, “as well as whatever funds are necessary”.
Can any government survive if it has to open the Money Spigot
every time some member of our 9% Approval Rated (& falling) Congress says,
“You have to spend the money I am demanding because it is necessary and necessary
is specified in the Coronavirus Stimulus
Bills!”
