My local county park likes to put out Inspirational Messages so we can be inspired as we drive by. There is no telling what they will put on their Inspirational Message Board to try and get our juices flowing. Some of them hit the mark. Since I am picky, there are times I end up being more confused than inspired. Here is one that confused me...

The late Peggy Lee just came into my computer room and she saw the problem right away. While she was looking over my shoulder she said softly (before she was late, she said everything she said softly), “Where is work? Back when I was not late, we took a lot of pride in the work that we did. It gave our lives meaning. Is that all there is? Is life now a continuous round of Eating and Sleeping and Playing? If that is the case, I’m glad I’m late.”
