I’ve been making fun of all the Medals those North Korean Generals wear.
After seeing all those Goofy Generals wearing all their Goofy Medals, I stumbled across this picture…
I’m not saying the Bemedaled General is goofy.
I just got a chuckle out of it, while I was scratching my head.
Would I kid u?

Lagniappe: Bob B, your comments on a past blog started me thinking about researching this idea. I tried to send it to you but your email address is a dead end and I don’t have your phone number. I tried to get one or the other from April but she did not respond to my email request. Guess she forgot who you are.

The most important metals are perhaps the ones that are worn when the uniform is removed. Some are visible and many are not, but they are there just the same. I have no objection to the wearing of the metals as they show other military men your resume. I often look for only three or four in the array. Thanks for a good post.
The one on the right I recognize and have read the second press release for D-day he wrote in his own hand that is framed in the D-Day Museum wall where he accepted full responsibility for the failure of the invasion and it was not the fault of our brave men-of course he was just a golfer do nothing as president-remember Little Rock- remember the waring about the military industrial complex -on the left is that the general was the commander that end the war in Iraq but later brought his secret emails home so his squeeze could read them and then resigned?
I made the same observation. Some of our generals seem to get a little carried away with all their ribbons, badges, patches, etc
Ya think Petraus would spike the football?
